I’m Michaela, and I’m honored to be part of your journey toward better health.

At the heart of everything I do is my family. I have a wonderful husband and three amazing boys who mean the world to me. My path into functional and personalized health was shaped not only by my professional experience but also by my personal experiences as a mother and patient.

For more than a decade, I have worked in specialty pharmacy in a variety of clinical and leadership roles, including Centers of Excellence Pharmacist for Hemophilia, Endocrinology, Fertility, and Immunology; Specialty Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge; Clinical Pharmacist; and Clinical Accreditation Manager.

Each of these experiences has been incredibly rewarding and formative. Along the way, however, I discovered that my greatest passion is helping individuals understand their health through a more personalized, comprehensive approach.

My journey became even more personal when one of my children faced a number of complex health and developmental challenges, while I was also navigating my own health challenges. After years of seeking answers and working with multiple specialists, I found myself wanting to better understand the bigger picture—not simply manage individual symptoms.

That experience sparked a deeper commitment to learning about the many factors that can influence health and well-being and to looking at each person as a whole.

As I immersed myself in continued education and research, I saw meaningful changes within my own family and in my own health journey. Those experiences ultimately changed the direction of my career and confirmed my passion for personalized care.

I am passionate about lifelong learning because science is constantly evolving, and I believe patients deserve care that is thoughtful, individualized, and informed by the best available evidence. I completed the Functional Pediatric Psychiatry Fellowship and have developed particular interests in genomics, personalized medicine, and emerging research.

I often describe myself as a health detective. I enjoy bringing together my clinical pharmacy experience, functional medicine principles, genomics, and a personalized approach to help identify factors that may be contributing to an individual's health concerns. Together, we can develop a plan that is tailored to your unique needs, circumstances, and goals.

My mission is to help you better understand your health, feel empowered in your healthcare decisions, and develop sustainable strategies that support your well-being.
