I’m Michaela, and I’m honored to be part of your journey toward better health.

At the heart of everything I do is my family. I have a wonderful husband and three amazing boys who mean the world to me. My path into functional and personalized health was shaped not only by my professional experience but also by my personal experiences as a mother and patient.

One of my children has been diagnosed with autism, ADHD, OCD, sensory processing disorder, and anxiety. At the same time, I was struggling with debilitating inflammatory arthritis. After years of being passed from specialist to specialist and leaving appointments with more prescriptions than answers, I knew there had to be a different approach. That experience sparked a deep commitment to understanding the "why" behind symptoms and uncovering the root causes of health challenges.

As I immersed myself in research and education, I witnessed remarkable transformations in both my family and myself. Those experiences changed the course of my life and confirmed that this is the work I am meant to do.

I am passionate about lifelong learning because science is constantly evolving, and I believe patients deserve care that reflects the latest evidence and understanding. I am currently completing a Functional Pediatric Psychiatry Fellowship and have a special interest in genomics, personalized medicine, and research.

I often describe myself as a health detective. By combining clinical expertise, functional medicine principles, genomics, and a personalized approach, I work with each individual to create a plan tailored to their unique needs and goals. My mission is to help you uncover the root causes of your health concerns and empower you to feel your very best.

Over the past decade, I have worked in specialty pharmacy in a range of clinical and leadership roles, including Centers of Excellence Pharmacist for Hemophilia, Endocrinology, Fertility, and Immunology; Specialty Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge; Clinical Pharmacist; and Clinical Accreditation Manager. While each of these experiences has been incredibly rewarding and formative, I have discovered that my greatest passion lies in helping individuals through a functional, personalized approach to health and wellness.
